About Us

Welcome Home

After nearly a decade of serving young Jews in Dallas’ center through The Intown Chabad, we realized there was a growing need for an even greater sense of community in and around the Uptown area. Although our constituents were mainly young professionals, each passing year brought more and more Jews across all demographics looking to connect. Whether to join a weekly minyan, for a place to pray each holiday, or for counseling and learning, the growing need for more connection became clear. Thus the Intown Chabad Community was born.

Our goal is to support each Jew’s ever-evolving journey, no matter his or her stage of life. We do this with one-on-one meetings, coffee meet-ups, and more. We make things personal, and we meet folks where they are.

We believe in the inherent value and unlimited potential of every individual. Every soul is G-dly; our mission is to tap into that spark and help every Jew within our reach realize their connection as they move along their spiritual journey, regardless of affiliation, background, or age.

  • “It’s been such a joy to have the Intown Chabad in my life for over a decade. From the days I was a single, young professional going to Shabbat Under the Stars, to today where I bring my children to Babyccino and enjoy family programming, The Intown Chabad has always helped me grow in my Judaism and connection to the community.”

  • “The Intown Chabad is our second home here in Dallas. We’ve enjoyed countless celebrations, Shabbats, and holidays with the community here over nearly two decades, from when we were a young professional couple to now, as a family of four. It is an honor and a pleasure to be a part of such a welcoming and dynamic community!”
